Nativity Performances

Image result for nativityOver the past week we have had several lovely Nativity performances in and around school.

Last Thursday, our P4-P7 classes held their Nativity show at Broughton St.Mary’s Church. Then, on Friday, P1-3 held their Nativity, also at Broughton St.Mary’s. Finally, today our Nursery held their Nativity performance in our school Hall.

All 3 performances were lovely, with fantastic singing, reading and performing. Well done everyone!

We’d like to thank Peter, Lindsay and all the support team at Broughton St. Mary’s Church, for allowing us the use of the beautiful Church for our performances, and also for all the help and work they put into making our shows run so smoothly. Well done to all our staff for practising and preparing our children so well for their performances!

Thanks also to all the parents, carers, family and friends who attended, as every show needs an audience!

Here are some pictures of last week’s P4-7 performance, courtesy of Ivon Bartholomew. Thanks Ivon!

Pantomime Time!

This week we had a visit from M and M Theatre Productions, who gave us a performance of their version of ‘Peter Pan.’

The whole school came to the show, and had a lovely time singing along with the songs and laughing at the jokes. There was even some audience participation from some of our pupils!

Here are some pictures from the show.
