Good afternoon everyone, and happy Tuesday to you all!
We hope you’re enjoying today’s home learning tasks, and have managed to get some of them done. We’re determined to get as many of our pupils engaging with Teams as we possibly can, and have been making contact with lots of our families to check that they are managing to access learning ok. Remember, if you have any problems you can access the Support Materials in our ‘Stuck at Home’ area of the school website, or you can contact the school via class teachers or our admin email address.
Mrs Bertram has another lovely P.E. activity to share- P3- 7 should see it appear in their Team, but our younger children might like to give it a go too. You can click below to see what to do…
We’d also like to share an exciting opportunity passed on to us from Drummond High School. It’s a competition for children aged 8-14, so if you fit that age bracket you might be interested.
The RSE Young Academy of Scotland has launched their Children’s Voice Competition, which asks children living in Scotland to share their vision for our world. Further details are set out in the attached poster – the competition asks children to capture their vision for the world in a digital poster or short animation clip. Every poster submitted will be published in an online exhibition and there are also book token prizes available for the best entries.
The deadline for entries is 15 February 2021. See the poster below for more information.
We hope you enjoy the rest of your Tuesday. Take care, and stay safe!
