Love Music Junior Choir

Love Music Junior Choir is back!

Junior Choir will make a welcome return to Monday afternoons at the Usher Hall from Mon 12th Sept. For children aged 8-12 from across Edinburgh, choir members grow in confidence, sing music from across the world, and have a lot of fun! No experience is needed and there are no auditions – all singers need to bring is enthusiasm! The rehearsals are relaxed, encouraging and educational.

To celebrate the relaunch of Junior Choir, we have commissioned three professional emerging Scottish songwriters to write songs especially for the choir. The choir will rehearse and perform with the artists at the Usher Hall during the year.

Visit juniorchoir.lovemusic.org.uk to find out more and register.

Primary Triple P Support Advice

Please see below information about support courses available.

This eight session course looks at effective techniques for dealing with common childhood behaviour problems in six to 10 year olds. Parents and carers explore strategies to manage behaviours such as aggressiveness, tantrums, shouting, answering back and refusing to follow rules. During Covid-19 we offered a blend of online individual and group sessions with the support of trained facilitators. We are delighted to be able to offer face to face groups again. The next face to face Primary Triple P group will run at
Castleview Primary School
2d Greendykes Road, EH16 4DP
Starting on Wednesday 14th September 12.30-2.30pm
Apply to attend a Primary Triple P course at https://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/support-families/parenting-courses-help-ages-3-6-years/1.
