Please find below a link to the key worker form for applying for a place in the Hub from 6th – 15th January. The flowchart for ascertaining whether or not you meet the criteria is also below.

The Scottish Government have published new guidance regarding schools reopening in January which includes updated information on Key Worker status. This can be found here.
Please note that childcare is only being offered during normal school/setting hours. In mainstream secondary schools, the offer is only for S1 to S3.
I may be able to access forms during the holiday so will try to respond before the 5th however this is not a promise!
